L23 is a worse version of L23A1 that gaijin made up for some reason.
L23A1 has much better angled penetration than L23 ingame, making killing things like T72s significantly easier
L23 had a tiny bit better flat pen but the increase in angled pen makes L23A1 way better

Then realise its one of the worst performing premiums in the game.
So then people either have to put up with it or… buy another premium.
Which is what gaijin wants people to do.
I’ve got over a thousand matches in the F-4J(UK), and I’ve also tried the FGR.2. They feel pretty much the same. Both need buffs at 12.0 BR. The MiG-21 Bison and CF-188A are both easier to use than the F-4J(UK). Maybe they’ll add the Indian Su-30S as a new premium down the line, since Britain lacks a premium jet at 13.0 BR and above.

Not many options available for a Fox-3 slinger and that is both the easiest and the biggest money maker

No. Would be pretty bad.
Tornado F3 with 9Ms and Skyflash STs + all other OP Granby upgrades at 12.7 is a premium I would buy though.
The options I can think of
Native:
- Tornado F3 FSP - ASRAAM and Aim-120C5
- Typhoon DA2 / T1 / T3 (technically wouldnt be top tier)
India:
- Sea Harrier FRS51
- Su-30
- Mig-29
SA:
- Cheetah
Canada/Australia:
- F-18 (RAAF EA-18G would be a good fit)
Being Gaijin, whatever is the easiest thing to C&P, so probably a Mig-29 or Su-30
The BR doesn’t have to matter all that much so long as it was a Rank that would enable grinding top tier.
12.7-13.0 Tonka with a fixed FM plus some extra goodies would probably be much better than the rather grim F-4JUK we have now.

i was well aware of how crap it was, but i can play phantoms decent so im having a decent time. also i had the ge so might as well, also buffed sparrows are amazing so its not so bad.
Gripen D as well, since the Swedes already have one as an SQV. And gaijin do like to give Britain gunless jets (Hawk RDA, Sea Vixen)

Should an Indian Su-30 be introduced as a premium vehicle, it would likely be the Su-30k variant.But this variant had its ground attack capability stripped out. The Su-30MKI is comparable to the Su-30SM, so it will most likely be a new top-tier jet.
If this thing gets released, hardly anyone is going to buy it unless you’re a Tornado fan. Low sales will make them bury it, and then it’ll become a Golden Eagle vehicle, just like the F-4J, forgotten by everyone.
The same could be said of the German zombie-base-bombing Tornado - on paper it’s a terrible plane. In reality it’s a terrible plane.
BUT.
It’s a brilliant grinder. That counts for a lot.
