Do you mean the additional “shield” under the mantlet? That also isn’t on the conqueror in War Thunder
In terms of the actual mantlet, its modelled terrible in War Thunder so i wouldn’t be surpised
No, it just feels off, but that might be just me.
I believe its because the fabric covering the mantlet is a bit different in that photo compared to in War Thunder, it makes the mantlet look larger
do we know if the jag gr.1a can detect the launch of that new chinese spaa considering they threw it at like 11.3(?) with a pretty good range compared to the 2s6’s and osa’s im used to
ARI18223 definitely can’t detect the launch. I tried it in the IS yesterday and it can’t even detect the Osa’s launch or Tor’s. I think the GR.1A should get 18228 and the IS get TARANG (same one on the Bison)
Did we finally get a proper 12.3 in Sim EC with the BR expansion to 14?
No, we never get new brackets until a BR change. We had a 1.3 sized bracket at top tier for about 3 months last year in a similar situation.
So hopefully Jan/Feb we’ll get a 12.3 bracket

Any yall able to help me out with evidence that the G6 has a roof top MG? A quick google comes up with a few of what looks like a UAE variant from the IDEX 2013 military exhibition, with some sort of .50 cal, and a couple of blurry images of one with that looks to be a 7.62 on the roof but I don’t know whether this in enough for gaijin to do something about it.
The state of the G6 is pretty dire at the moment as it lacks any way to remove small barriers such as fences and bushes that could trigger the fuse on the round. And due to its wheeled base you have to take 30 seconds (the reverse is just awful) to relocate yourself to shoot at an enemy anything more than 45 degrees off front dead center. Not to mention the time it takes to get up to a decent speed due to the way gaijins implemented traction for wheeled vehicles. Imo its worse than the 6.0 paladins and should probably be at around that br too.

Starstreak has always been direct hit as it has minimal explosives in the darts.
