They (STRV103C vs Scimmie Mk.2) have identical armour for the gaps, Although the STRV has the bars modelled as High Hardness Rolled Armour which might actually be why? grille_structural_steel appears to basically be nothing?

Yeah it should be effective against the BMP-1’s PG-9 rounds, they’re basically a PG-7VM warhead with a different propulsion system
I dont know if we ever used the kormoran but i just saw some test footage of it being used on an f-104 being tested against a Sherman on land? Would be kinda nice to see more planes with asm’s like the harrier.

Seen a Westland Wasp today and a Swordfish flown by Navy Wings.
Video was from from iPhone but got about a thousand photos of the two on my camera I got to sort through.
[Edit] Correction 1,913 photos to sort through of them.

Haven’t gone through the Swordfish photos yet but here’s the Westland Wasp flown by Navy Wings.
Spoiler
Specifically it’s a HAS Mk.I variant painted as 422 of HMS Aurora Flight.
This specific Wasp, XT420, played a medivac role during the Falklands onboard HMS Hecla.

Well, asked, and got an answer about if we need more data on the scimi 2 spall lining.
So I guess anyone with any good pics/data use the previous reports to help back yourself up and punt it in to hopefully get spall lining before it goes live and is forgotten for 5 years?

Well I made a report for scimi 2 spall liners, I got no hard proof stuff for Scimi 2 with direct sourcing but heh.

I don’t understand why the devs refuse to adjust the air RB battle rating of the F-4J (UK). This plane is a paid premium vehicle instead of a tech-tree aircraft. Does it have any advantages over other British tech-tree F-4s, or is higher battle earnings its only upside?
IIRC premiums tend to have an uber delayed BR adjustment compared to regular vehicles
Lol, went to look at my report
“These are not spall liners, but noise-absorbing mats, similar to those used on the Chieftain and Challenger tanks.”
How did I know thats what would be said, just like was said originally for the other CVRTs.

This update tweaks its BR for ground RB only; air RB remains untouched. They probably reckon this jet’s on par with all the other F4s.
Clearly the west never figured out how to make spall liners until glorious Russia did and not a moment before.

If only they would give those noise-absorbing mats some protection properties, as they did the anti-radiation liners…
They fear adding the anti radiation liner into the game as they have seen the chieftains internals being COATED in them head to toe.

Invincible box of anti-radiation liner on tracks
Was there ever a cheiftain mounted with anything other than a 120mm like the centurion avre?
Presumably you mean other than the Marksman, GBT155 etc. versions of Chieftain?
A 165mm demolition gun-equipped Chieftain Armoured Engineering Vehicle (Gun) was drafted, but cancelled before being built.
