You can get as upset as you want at this and I can sense the angry comments coming my way but it’s the truth. You can brag about getting 10 kills per match in a P-51 or 109 but a British pilot would’ve got 12 or we’ll say 11 to be charitable and not upset your egos.
But dannaryan I hear you say “How could you spout such truths?!” and I’d say easily, as I have proof.
If you want proof that British pilots are the best then look no further than the Spitfire LF MK III. The pilots are so good that we even gave them an aircraft that flies in essence like a heavy Mk V and gave it a battle rating of 5.0 (Simulator battles). They’re so good that this very aircraft is forced to fight Yak-3’s, Ki-84’s, 109G-6/10/K4 etc. In fact it even has a higher battle rating than some of those mentioned. Even the Wiki itself states its performance is “subpar” and it’s outperformed by practically everything it faces.
…Much like the Mk Vc at 5.0…
Frankly I still don’t think this is enough for the British bastards. I think we should make the Spitfire Mk 1a overheat even worse and give it an even twitchier flight model and while you’re at it every single Griffon should be 8.0 minimum.
