Would it also have been possible for the Harrier GR.5 to use the GAU-12 cause the Americans wanted to use the GAU 12 and there is much compatibility between the AV8B and GR.5
In the spec it’s specifically listed as a deleted item. So probably not no.

Sorry forgot it was deleted. What if we get them to give British the same treatment as the Russians?
Difference is that is speculation were we know it was explicitly removed from GR5

I think its worse that Britain didn’t even what a proper working gun on the Harriers, 1st Gen or 2nd. Bullet too slow or gun doesn’t work
