British Aerospace Harrier GR.5: The First Second Gen Harrier for the RAF

want them in the tech tree

a man with a beard is making a funny face and says what you mean by that

gap between GR.7 and the jags

There can still be a GR.5 that goes there, but UK needs a Rank 7/8 fixed wing strike aircraft and the US just got their AV 8B NA

The pegasus 11-61 would probably be a better option for that, or something like a saudi tornado, both the GR.5 and 5A have a good chance to fill a role in the tree

Harrier GR.5 not equipped GEC Marconi FLIR at nose, IIR guided AGM-65 and laser designator targeting pod (TIALD) like AV-8B Day Attack or AV-8B basic

For Harrier GR.5A, similar to Harrier GR.7 and AV-8B Night Attack but without AIM-9M sidewinder and BOL 304 Dispensers. and no AGM-65G, G2, J & K Maverick

I guess ?

What I meant with the Harrier GR.5/GR.5A as more of an option, but I would prefer to have the Harrier GR.5 (Pegasus 11-61) as a Rank 7/8 premium strike jet for Britain

The gr.5 could be good as a replacement for the sea harrier frs1 squadron

It wont ever replace it and quite frankly. It shouldnt. Its over-BRed currently. but its kinda nice having the 2 different FRS1s, at least for Sim. Because you have double the brackets most aircraft have to play that aircraft.

Though the FRS1 (SQV) does have outstanding bug reports, like a majorly upgraded RWR that the FRS1e wouldnt get.

Harrier Gr5 should be either an 11.3 on the TT or as a Premium. Not an SQV (if nothing else. I dont want to spend 3 months grinding it)

Agreed, the Shar FRS.1 should be at 10.7 in ARB, ASB, 10.3 in GRB, GSB and the GR.5 (Pegasus 11-61) at 11.0 in ARB, ASB and 11.3 in GRB, GSB

Due to decompress. 10.7 for the FRS1e and 11.0 for the FRS1 is correct. But they need to be finished

If their finished by all means yes, but in their current state my comment is justified and why is the Su 25/K and A 10A (e) still at 10.3
