I completely agree
For the air tree you can get at most 3 lines. For ground I don’t know, I don’t play ground and didn’t do the research
I know, but we gotta make sure we have enough stuff to make an independant Indian tree. Any idea of subtree that’d work with India without starting world war 3 in the community (Pakistan falls under that last category)?

Pakistans mostly going to china due to getting their equipment there.
TBH Isreal seems about the best choice, Russia is massive ally of them and funnily enough France has helped supply a lot of stuff to India too.
Britain if you ask me was quite a shallow and inappropriate place to just slam the Indian tech, I believe it was fair with stuff that was British e.g the vickers.
But respectively India shouldn’t just be crammed into Britain for the sake of it.
Genuinely believe BTW they went with India for Britain cause they added the Vickers prem and had to roll with it.
(it makes 0 sense that some of Britains best SPAA for example are russian C&P, or the top tier air prem being a damn Mig21)

Yep, and since Russia and France don’t have enough room for a good Indian tech tree Israel seems to be the best.
Definitely!

they literally could have had gaijin not arbitrarily stuffed in “benelux” which is just C&P slop, borked leopard 2s,
Better Hawker Hunters, over all I think theres about 2 planes in it that arent copy and paste.

I mean that’s true… But I’m not sure India fits France well for similar reasons that it doesn’t fit Britain (Russian tech mainly). Though I’d sure prefer seeing the Tejas in the spot of the Belgian F-16
But India in France probably means no Su-30MKI for example

How so ?
India in Britain also means no SU-30MKI
I mean India does have rafales im sure, as well as a mixture of French ground vehicles, as well as this they used the mirages as well in the 80s/90s if I remember rightly

Yes of course, I just mean it doesn’t allow it either
Yeah I know, in air they can have the ouragan, mystère 4, mirage 2000H and rafale EH which are all french. The thing is, they also had su7, mig 21, mig 23, mig 27, mig 29 and su30 which I wouldn’t like in the French tree just like you don’t want them in the British tree
So India in the French tree is hardly a better solution than Britain, we gotta either put it in Israel or alone

seeing as this thread is alive again ill say india was a bad addition to the british tree, all their semi unique or actually interesting vehicles have not (and probably will not) come to the game due to gaijin laziness and the vehicle being an export of a nation which gaijin preferrs (russia) or a nation that is loud and obnoxious over (rafale & mirage)
Id prefer their subtree status to be removed in favour of a former colony thats been better implemented into the british tree, Australia

Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Myanmar/Burma, and Indonesia are all potential subtrees.

We do NOT need more indian ground vehicles but we need more indian air vehicles like rafael.

No, France is too dependent on it. India has to be a minor tree or a combined tree with Israel to make it acceptable to add another Rafale.
India won’t save Britain.

Yeah, thsoe soviet aircraft are pretty bad, they dont really stand much chance against full strength Tornados and Typhoons

agreed. if anything just condemn the british tree to crap quality vehicles over our own cooler stuff

an accurate tonka or typhoon will mogg anything the russians have built and sold to india
im not baiting tho. there is nothing but the rafale and their harrier that the indians can offer which would benefit the british tree

Tornado F3 with 4x ASRAAM and 4x Aim-120C5 with 2x properly modeled BOL, 1x Phimat pod and 1x TRD would slap the living hell out of most soviet aircraft with ease. Especially as the foxhunter would totally and completely jam any non-E-scan soviet radar like the ones found on the Mig-29 and Su-27.
Just a shame Gaijin has to artificially nerf so many British aircraft so that other nations have a chance against them.
