Hipper/Prinz Eugen is not moving up. Myoko and Haguro are also not moving up. But the only two British cruisers that weren’t straight up terrible (along with Liverpool) are…
Gaijin does realise all 4 of the ships I just named are better particularly Hippers, but Myoko and Haguro have 10 8" guns. More importantly, does Gaijin realise the Town class doesn’t have AP?
IDK why Gaijin thinks they’d do better than Hipper did at 6.0 when they have, no AP shell and significantly worse armour (yes module layout but this is cruisers, RoF being higher makes module layout less relevant).

Tiger might be a bit of a menace, if only we had Lion TT as I don’t have tiger.

I won’t pretend that I don’t have an exceptionally smug grin on my face. It is a touch of a shame that Bismarck’s armour is slightly worse than I expected it seems, but she has the RoF to help her.

well turns out when you have not been investing in BB development you forget how to make good ones
well her dispersion is questionable but the ROF is good
How does the Vanguard fare against its competition?
To be fair the RoF buff to Bismarck is understandable, given the 38cm SK C/34 gets the worst penetration among the upcoming ships. In fact she’s gonna have a hard time dealing with top BBs except ironically Yamato who cannot use heading angle to increase its protection.

Yeah of course that’s kinda what I meant, she will do many things well, but have exploitable flaws, seems to be the mark of a balanced ship.
@HK_Reporter IMO the ROF is the most weird thing in this update. There are just no consistency in each ships. Yamato got best it could, Richelieu and Bismarck got what it couldn’t, Soyuz, Vanguard and Iowa acceptable but they can do better in project/real life, and developers saids they know but won’t apply it.
And for Roma… even bug report manager deny her best record… Sad Roma. She should be the little weaker Soyuz. Now she is just one of worst.

What is the explanation behind the Bismarck RoF because shouldn’t it be significantly slower if it was to be correct
