Was at the fleet air arm museum in Yeovilton today. Not much on carriers apart from some models, but quite a bit on the planes that our boats could carry, including something called the “Sopwith baby”.
Will be no problem even with standard charge of 15’’ at 10 km if Soyuz is not correctly angled. Some part will be hard, like 420 mm part under first turret, but Soyuz’s armor and citadel part is opt for angling, not for pure broadside like British can try.
That’s why I always saids long range fire of conquest would be russian, and close range brawl would be british meta in this game. So don’t worry. Great Britain is much better than USA/JPN/ITA/FRA who completely lost their ‘keep range and fire’ meta to Soviet.
Besides, anyone have blueprint about current, and upcoming British capital ship’s hangar design? I have Lion class’ thanks to forum, but not well known about others.
Upcoming battleships will be with lots of hydroplane, four for Soyuz and six+one for Yamato. So Royal Navy capital ship with hangar should get at least of two as it was in real life.
It’s called a fast battleship but originally was a battlecruiser. I’d also wager that a LOT more people have grinded Hood than warspite. So this increases the grind. I will submit a report to have it moved, but I imagine it will be the same story as kongou
5 twin 13.5” superheavies which are only marginally worse than ww1 era 15” shells but more guns and equal ish survivability. If they decompress everything I haven’t an issue
