Do you know what that source material is?
i’ve seen several interviews with pilots saying it can handle 12G without any issues other than the pilots limit.
well i haven’t made a report but just physically…
Tornado has 180 rounds with the same gun in a larger package.
This would need to be supported by source material though a report. However the current sources used (including a SAAB brochure) stated the wing G limits were -3/+9G.
I’ll shall look for the source
I’m pretty sure those are the G-limiters base settings. not the actual structural limits.
But ill search for sources.
Speaking of, any plans to implement the G-limiter?
İt should be 13.5 then.
How does 1.5X is equal to 12-13G in this case.
datamine shows 13.59 or whatever. empty loads are always higher so with stores and fuel the max g load would be lower
Its 13.59 spesifcally
The aircraft international is with limiter because there is sources which state it can do upto 110deg instantaneously but again I shall also dig that up
After she got uptiered she’s a lot less viable but still significantly better than the British cruisers in my opinion. I know some people disagree though.
depends on the cruiser, 1 or 2 can take her. But for hte most part I agree.
Found the interview with the SAAB testpilot.
Timestamp for G-limiter:
Timestamp for 12G:
So its a 9G soft stop (g-limiter) and a 12G hard stop.
If theres a source for it then fair enough. But the 12g limit is a fairly well-known quirk so I can imagine a bug report from someone will materialise whether that limit be whilst virtually empty or not.
The eugen is a massive ammo rack. Back third of the ship with ap from any peer cruiser at the waterline is a dead ship 95% of the time. Once I figured it out they don’t scare me in the slightest when I see them now. Even lower br DD at closer ranges can do the same too.
If you could report that, I’ll get it forwarded. Cheers.
will do!
you should find a source stating how long it can retain 12g
otherwise it’ll likely not result in anything
do you mean as in structurally or as in maneuverability?
