It has a minor impact at best, you get slightly more accurate information for situational awareness, which doesn’t impact the ground level furballs all top tier combat ends up becoming because abusing the dumb multipath mechanics is the best way to avoid SARH missiles.
The way the games plays means that those slightly upgraded features are barely useful in air RB.

South Africa has been a part of the British tree for some time now. So the version coming to the game for the British tree will be the South African one.
Sweden also has the possibility of receiving even more advanced versions of Gripen in the future.
But… Until we actually even see the Gripen C in the dev server (wasnt shown on the Russian stream) we dont know for absolute certain it wont come to Sweden too.
So hold out hope and make a lot of noise. US sure as hell gets stuff when they make any noise

Cause all Gripen versions have very similiar flight performance.
Even if you got the Gripen C you would be disappointed with the implementation.
The SA griphen is going to be a big flop unless they give it AMRAAMs, which have been confirmed to not be coming any time soon.

Add the Gripen C to Britain
Give Sweden the Gripen C the way the Gripen A is right now(12.0, fake AIM-9M)
Remove the AIM-9M from the Gripen A and downtier it to either 11.3 or 11.7.
Excuse me what?? There is not a SINGLE SA plane in the UK tree how does this justify adding the C for the UK. Like fine add it but atleast give sweden the C aswell???
There’s no need for the Eurofighter to be remotely close to the Gripen C in any way for it to be implemented. Just nerf it, like everything else that’s deemed to be too strong.
Nerf the engine’s thrust, put on a G limiter, and give it a completely frankensteineded loadout. Wouldn’t be anything out of the ordinary by gaijin’s standards since this has already happened multiple times.
And if you are giving the UK the gripen now where was swedens Norwegian / danish F16 when sweden needed it???
Gripen C from SAAF something like Swedish Gripen C (PS-05/A Mk.3 radar) such as Rafael Litening III targeting pod and infrared AAM A-Darter
I guess gaijin consider BVR placefolder like swedish Gripen A but add IR with IRCCM

still dosnt make sense mate. the JAS 39C has 2 more pylons. better radar, better rwr, HMD and better engine.
there is a huge difference between them.
did you learn nothing of the F-16 drama? where other nations got the better F-16 before the US, and you eventualy had to cave and give the US the ADF version?

JAS 39A should have been added with the F-16A, with the loadout options you give it. not even A Darter or something.
but Sweden definitly should get JAS 39C also. i seriously dont get why UK gets it but Sweden dosnt.
