Gs you mean? Because the E is the one thats stock. G get the 6 km all aspect lock while E get 3.6 km
so you’re using the israeli one, if you use the US one the Es are redundant since the smokeless motor is the only thing different between the C and E

This is most likely an intentional nerf so that it stays at 9.0. If they fixed it, brainless CAS players would complain, and it would have to move up to at least 9.3 or 9.7. At those BRs, there is no lineup until 10.0, by which point you get the LAV-AD. (Maybe 9.3 could technically have a lineup but 2 of them are event vehicles so doesn’t count).
I’m not defending them, but this seems to be the case.

what they need is decompression, it’s absurd to me that ARB is up to 14.0 but GRB is still 12.0, it just compresses aircraft again in Ground battles

All I do is is find a good spot that gives me a view of enemy airspawn without being exposed to tanks, use the airplane map to align my view with their airspawn, flip on thermals, and just wait.
It’s pretty rare that they spot my smoke trail, especially on desert, winter, or urbana maps where it blends in with the background.
Only real trouble I get is from Alouettes, and you can sometimes take em down from afar if you launch at their AGM, but worst case scenario I just move so their don’t have line of sight to me.
Giving periodic Air Alert!'s is a good counter against airfield spawners and choppers.
Try with a friend and a 9M carrier… Let him fly 600m behind you and see if you can see the 9M rocket when you know a 9M would be coming.
