Oh yeah for sure, I’m not complaining about the mavericks. It would just be nice for it to get some more weapons that wouldn’t be broken but would at least be historical accurate
Tbf you can run the AGM62A and 6x AGM65B and then some missiles for defense or bombs, its a fairly strong loadout for 11.3 for a multirole.
I mean gaijin clearly thinks British players are bad enough that a fat draken with 2 Aim 9J’s should be the same BR in ground as the Phantoms that can take 11x 1000lb bombs and 4 skyflash.

We’d need some actual decompression and for gaijin to send these under BR’d phantoms to their proper BR. Before we start adding more weapons to a already decent platform.

And yes, the only 14.0 hornet without HMD is the Finnish hornet, no other 14.0 hornet lacks HMD

Would you really use it over self guiding munitions like the AGM65B or the AGM62A?
Good point. Maybe they had double racks for the Paveways which would make them an ok sidegrade. Like I said before though I want them more because thats what they used
If it could be mounted to center.pylon it’d be a good addition, realistically you want FnF munitions for ground at that BR.

Also the EJ kai is 11.3 because it has 9L and the best radar on the phantoms at 11.x in ground, its similar to a 10.7 bomber but far too strong for CAP to be at 10.7, id say if it lost 9L’s it could go to 11.0 with the other 10.7 PD phantoms which are too low of a BR.
early guided cas is sorely lacking. While other nations get an a4 and such were stuck with nords (love em but having mavs or walleyes would be welcome). At 11.7 we would at least be able to bring it in our 11.7 lineup which is more what im aiming for.
What it needs is its gps bombs, they gave the ej kai its gps bombs a while back and took them away… never understood why. I dont think it can get a pod but its not like you buddy lase a gps bomb, would go a long way padding out the japanese cas.

Again as mentioned earlier its simply too compressed hence why it shouldn’t go to 11.0 as as we already need to get the 10.7 phantoms with PD and skyflash out of 10.7 where we have jets with only dumb bombs. 90% of this game could be fixed with proper decomp

How at 11.7 would it seal club? It only get sarh missiles and 9ls. You can find the mig 29 at 11.7 and i dont see how a hornet is going to be any scarier than that?
No. It cant . Only 4x Pylons are capable of running BOL. (despite the 6x AAM fit)
But the Harrier GR9A could take 4x BOL + 1x TERMA for a total of 940 CMs
