Its an 11.0 vehicle in its curret state. Period.
Buffs would only result in its BR going up further. with dart rounds, I can think of no reason for it to not be at the same BR as the T-72B3 or even the HSTVL

This is false. It has the best armor of pretty much any vehicle in the game BR for BR along with the likes of the Maus.Except the maus doesnt have a braindead weapon setup like the BMP-T does.

Perfect shot in the perfect scenario with no allowance for any mistakes is not what the average engagement will look like. It has incredibly small weakspots. It has a spall liner at a BR other vehicles do not.Its turret is both unmanned and often refuses to die to explosives that should be killing the vehicle.

The brad also has a spall liner, at a lower br so does that mean it gets uptiered? if the bmpt were to get killed instantly by shooting the ammo in the middle itd be unplayable, you wouldnt even complain about it since it would die to a simple MG

Exceptions do not invalidate an average. The average player will not be able to kill this in 1 shot frontally in your average engagement. Flip the roles – pretend for a second you’re in an Abrams facing one of these that’s either hull-down or you run into them at point blank. What’s your course of action?

Ive also found that when you have one of these things firing at you, you are totally blinded by the fire, so in the few seconds you have before you are disabled or killed, you are having to nail pixel sized targets essentially blind.
Oh wow! Does it have a T72B3’s armor profile? No? Do you think maybe having both might be the issue? Can it fire ATGMs on the move? Etc.
Vehicles are the sum of all of their components. The Bradley has stronger downsides than the BMPTs.
Definitely not. 95% of the tank is still impenetrable.
