Box with enemy ship in upper right is missing

I reinstalled the game on a fresh OS install and now in Naval I’m no longer seeing that box in the upper right corner that shows the image of the enemy ship, crew bar, damaged areas, etc.

Is this a bug or is there some setting I need to enable to see that again?

I’m also not getting the naval hit icons. Those are enabled in my Naval Battle Settings, but they aren’t working in game.

Instead of the box with the outline image of the enemy ship I briefly get text describing what was hit in that corner when my shots hit. e.g. fuel tank, compartment, bridge, etc
