My friend had the same issue, first check if your gaijn and steam account are linked if so at the login page press steam login and that should resolve it

As said before, please be sure to use same account for play and purchase on steam. Double check the name you see in hangar and in store page when you do the purchase.

log out of your account, then on the login page click the “login with steam” button
Well I certainly didn’t do that and now I have to play on a new account lol

It said you can’t link the Gaijin acc to my steam profile.
So you already send ticket to support and got the answer?
Oh no nvm, but I’ve already used the F-5C on my steam acc, so I can’t transfer this to my main account anymore right?
