Bought a wrong premium vehicle

Hi there,

Been searching through the premium vehicles, to compare their stats and so on. And I got a bit confused between the airplanes and bought the wrong one.

The airplane haven’t been used, and not even activated with a crew.

I immediately logged of from game and wrote a ticket asking for a refund and telling about the unfortunate situation. I bought a vehicle what was above my desired one (dont judge pls, my mistake).

Can this be refundable ?

If the vehicle has not been used and you wrote to Support directly then there is a chance of a refund yes.

Support can sadly take a little while to answer you due to holidays.

Thank you. Yes indeed the premium vehicle was not used. Bought the vehicle, realized the mistake. Exited the game like 1-2 minutes after the purchase and straight to the support with a ticket. Hopefully this is enough for Gaijin, to see clearly my mistake.
