Bought a premium pack via Steam, I was logged into my WT account via email (as I've been for years), but the vehicle was transfered to another account I've never used in my life

So basically, I just purchased a premium vehicle via the Steam shop while logged into the game with my WT account that I’ve used for the past 8 years or so. I remember that when I started playing, I initially started playing the game via Steam. After the transaction was done, I noticed that my account is missing the content. I checked my bank account balance, saw the money being taken from the account etc. I logged out and noticed that I can choose to log into the account via the email (which I’ve always done) or via the Steam account (which runs on the same email). I press the Steam account and noticed that… I had made Steam account 8 years ago, the same time I started playing the game, but used it for only one matche and that’s it and

The original and only account that I use and have used for nearly a decade is that one -

I didn’t even know I had an account related to a Steam account, because I remember starting to play the game via Steam and I’ve always played via Steam.

Now, I’ve spent 40€ on a plane that was, for some stupid reason, transferred to another account which I haven’t even used and… yeah…

This is a really poor UX. What can be done now in this case? I’m ready to dispute the money taken from my account with my bank and block the account, as the payment is pending and it hasn’t been fully taken from my account yet. When I try to bind my email with Steam via the game, it tells me the email is already in use…

At the support website, open a ticket under War Thunder project in Steam related questions or Financial issues category. Get the receipt as proof that you bought the vehicle and send them your situation.
