so i bought F/A-18C by accident, dont ask me how. i have already submitted a ticket to gaijin support that i would like to get my money back(i bought f/a18 on steam, but it counts as i did it on gaijin store). i did 0 research points on it, i spend 0 GE from this pack. has anyone else experienced this, do i have any chance to get my money back?
As you already contacted support for a refund, luckly you didn’t used the vehicle and it’s perks (e.g., Golden Eagles), now you should wait for the support to contact back.
As long as you haven’t used anything from the pack and contacted support directly then there is a chance to get it refunded.
