I got a response asking for my steam id and i gave it them they havent responded for 2 almost 3 days now
Welp guess i lost my money then also having this problem Steam just says “sorry we cant refund it.” Havent touched the content i bought the “Two Fronts” DLC but apparently i had a Steam account on Warthunder never knew that… game always start up without me login in (i play on this Warthunder account)

You need to be sure you use same account both on Steam and in game.
Please restart game and check again.
