Bought a friend a tank as a gift and he cant see it

heya team, i just bought my buddy the Leopard 2A4M CAN Pack as a gift and for some reason he cant see it in his line up or tech tree, the only reason i seem to be able to find for this is his account originally being a console one but now hes on pc he still cant see the premiums even if he owns them, is there any way to fix?

Did you buy it via Steam store, or is your friend on a console and you bought it from the WT official store

He shoudl check his email, if linked, or check the store, and then inbox

he will need to log into the Gajin store on his profile will be gifts

bought via the steam store for him to use on his account linked with the steam store

Tell your friend to log in to the Gaijin store, click their username top right, click “profile”, and in the top center click “gifts”.

But if it is a console account (that hasn’t been permanently transferred through the account transfers Gaijin was doing two years ago) then i don’t think you can buy gifts for that type of account.
