Both are 12.0. Are F20 and F16A on the same level? The F20 has 7F, but is not as good as the F16A in other aspects.

F20 can take bomb when it take full a2a

The R&D of F20 is not as good as F4S, and the Dog Dou F20 is not as good as F16A.

F-20A can take 2* AIM-7F and 2* AIM-9L at the same time. But F-16 AJ (I haven’t have the US F-16) can take 2* 7F and 4* 9L at the same time.
So it is not hard to understand that the expected killing value for every match of F-20A should be lower than which of F-16 AJ/ADF.

Not the right question. Compression will likely be a factor here. The question is how does F20 compare to any and all 11.7s. I think it will easily outclass most. At least in the context of ARB. Which is why it needs to be 12.0.
