Naval AI ships' anti-aircraft firepower is too far away

Last weekend, in an arcade game, I spawned in my Pe-8 after my Marat finally got sunk. I was 20 kms away and the AI ships were already firing away and were accurate enough that I knew there was no way I would get to the battle area in one piece. And, yeah, I know nobody has any love lost for the Pe-8 in general, but still… accurate AAA from 20 kms away? I mean, c’mon. That’s just filthy.
