unfortunately he is actually correct on this one, it is a render of what it would look like when filled, however on the US EXs they have yet to be filled, as the US air force decided to rely fully on the EPAWSS instead of the EPAWSS and the CMWS (common missile warning system)

Boeings own advanced eagle test jet?
Why wouldn’t they?
Usually you see companies use other countries jets like USA or some export customer, or they lease the jets from buyers
F-35 is an example of this
I think Boeing can spare couple Advaced Eagle’s for testing in this case.
Looking into it, they are technically Saudi jets but since they are instrumented for testing Boeing keeps them
