I played it and was always able to find hulldown positions where i could not be killed, the only downside to the bmpt is that it only has 8 atgms
(I ate 3 agm 65s, two spikes, and a brimstone, along with two chinese HE shells, and three sabots all in one match. The only permament loss was my commander)
The HE warhead can nuke any of the Abrams through the roof.
Your light tank shredding guns can already shred light tanks, while your tank killing anti tank missiles have no problem killing tanks, you do not need a made up apfsds round
Against Tanks w/o APS. And not always i had Matches too where M1A1s tanked all four of my ATGMs. But thats just Gaijined.
Definitely not my experience either that the BMPT just tanks two Spikes (which can One-Tap it basically everywhere), HE (also just One Tap it on the Turret for example) or APFSDS (which also just One Tap it almost everywhere except the UFP ERA)

Funny now that the Data says it is crap at 11.7 (which it is) somehow it doesn’t matter anymore and everyone here just happily ignores it.
BMPT, and especially the BMPT-72, need to go to 12.0 or 12.3 as is.
The TT BMPT is the stronger variant.
I only play high tier tanks on arcade, the 72 seems better mostly because is virtually immune from most rounds from the front
Don’t shoot the UFP where the ERA is…? LFP ain’t the only One-Tap Weakspot at the Front either. Driver Optics and the whole Area around it you can just lolpen.
At the Side you can lolpen everywhere; thats where the TT BMPT is also better because it has Fuel Tanks behind the ERA / in front of Spall Liner (and larger/better ERA coverage overall) so if you hit that it will often not do anything but the Premium one doesn’t.
And if ur encountering an Hull Down BMPT all you have to do is hit it with HE/ATGM and its a One Hit.
I don’t see the problem. I don’t have any issue fighting against BMPTs whether i am playing China, USSR or Germany and when i play the BMPT-72 my Enemies don’t have an issue constantly One-Hitting me with anything anywhere either…

Also the stats suck because the players suck. Bmpt players suddenly cant just win by holding W, big shocker that the stats become almost balanced with other tanks at a similar br bracket

The chance to hit AND pen the little weak spot line on the turret ring when the BMPT is rushing you is minimal… If you are facing BMPT in an uptier, your rounds are probably hopeless for most tanks unless he presents the LFP
