Bmpt and the Bmpt-72

It should receive APFSDS for both cannons and go to 11.0. APDS works well so far, but I prefer to use it on the BMD-4 and BMP-3.

No, the actual one is called BMPT Terminator Model 2017, it’s the modifed T-90 hull with the modern turret.

real shame that they prefered to add that one instead of this

Yes

Eh, lets hope they will add it later with Relikt ERA in soft casing package (like an upgrade similar to top MBTs or T-72B3). They could as well throw in a better belt (since BMP-2M already got sabos)

Russia doesn’t event use apfsds, hell they barely use apds at all. Their main armor piercing round is apt

Ok well tanks don’t carry ammo full of APFSDS as well

Yea sure whatever you choose to believe. The gun on the ka52 is actually extremely accurate irl and is much more accurate compared to its American counterparts

Bro what… XD

Suuuuuuuure.

Considering the chaingun on the apache is quite literally made to saturate an area with 30mm rounds that wouldn’t be the achievement you think it is.

The gun on the apache has numerous mechanical failures. Some of which has been solved

my-source-is-that-i-made-it-the-fuck-up

its literally just a derivative of the bushmaster, it’s extremely well proven, exported and adapted to all sorts of platforms.

I trust that to be reliable over the flimsy barrel 2a42.

You’re wasting your time man, that guy thinks a secondary source using fanblogs as its own sources is evidence enough of Russia’s ERA armors being impenetrable to western anti-ERA KE rods :D

Lolol

I love the dichotomy of gaijin.

The gun on the badger is supposed to be super accurate, yet goes all over the place in game.

The bmpt (and all bmp auto cannons really) are inaccurate in real life and yet are laser like in game.

There is supposed to be a trade off with a higher rate of fire. Reduced accuracy and faster overheating, but I just did a little test :

Bmd-4 : overheats in 76 rounds
Badger : overheats in 32 rounds

Make it make sense.

I was with you until you said bmd4, bmp guns and bmd guns 2 completely different gun, you can know it from different the rpm of the gun.

Shouldn’t the BMPT have 9M220?

“A variant equipped with an expanding continuous-rod warhead and proximity fuse for use against low and slow flying aircraft, such as helicopters, giving the BMPT a limited anti-air capability.”

Sure, but the actual point is that a much faster firing gun overheats far later, whereas slower firing auto cannons general fire at that rate due to heat and accuracy.

The bmp/bmd/whatever have accuracy, rate of fire and very good overheating characteristics with no downsides to balance their rate of fire.

That was the actual point I was making.

It can fire any missile of the Ataka/Ataka-M family .
