I think when the that whole post comes about all the changes made from bug reports of players to general fixes and then changes. A reason will be given written by a manager or whatever, we can see then. Or you could possibly ping the community manager and see what they think.
That thing is really good though, it’s almost a direct upgrade to the T-64A/T-72A
But they definitely overlooked one thing, the ZTZ96 lol

I love how they said “its possible that the BR increase to 10.7 might not be enough for them to become balanced” Lol… Kinda shows either the testing of the vics before hand is less or not skillful at all, to show how broken these bmpts were at 10.3 & are somewhat still not sure

PUMA and Narmer are 11.0 and the bmpt surpasses both by a large margin. Lets be honest: Judging capabilities and match it with other vehicles, considering the service date…this thing should be 12.0.

They knew ahead of time. They just know the rioting will get worse if they don’t do anything. That’s why they went only to 10.7 which is obviously nowhere near enough. They need to be 11.0 minimum and probably 11.3
