11.3 does not solve anything, BMPT should be 12.0 easy(if damage model is not fixed), average player trying to reach top tier will spend most of his time at the 10.3-10.7 BR because every vehicle above cost between 350-420k RPs and that is A LOT grinding.
10.7 should never see BMPT in this state(and we all know that 10.7 see way to many uptiers).

Hell no, 500 RPM APFSDS that Russia doesn’t even use or ever existed is not the answer, the APDS it has it’s already good enough to bust down any barrel or destroy tanks from any aspect. It can literally pen the turret ring of an Abrams frontally. 11.7 should be the maximum BR for this vehicle.

Thats not what makes it OP bruh. Vilkas is also tall enough to fire over multiple NATO and REDFOR tanks and ive yet to hear anyone call it OP because its tall.
thats what makes it broken, frontally your only point of killing a terminator is via LFP, and that only works if the BMPT is not hull down. Drivers hatch is so inconsistent you dont even need to bother. Otherwise from front its just hit belts to disable gun then push in for side shot. Not very useful if youre getting shot at across a map or theres multiple other tanks next to it.

The things that make it a pain in the ass to deal with is that its annoyingly hard to kill if not caught out of position and that the APDS can break barrels and electronics very fast, lolpen in spots you wouldnt expect it to or just straight up kill in few rounds very fast if a weakspot is present.
The missiles are also dumb because even if your cannon got disabled via belt hit, you can still guide the missiles accurately via binoculars, assuming you didnt lose vertical drive while looking at the ground.
Plus Atakas can overpressure pretty reliably so even if you dont kill via heat jet you can still kill via overpressure.

Ive overpressured an Oplot by hitting the ERA.
Also ive just gotten my first loss after 11.3 BR changes in the BMPT, after 13 consecutive wins.

Russian ERA could never
I wonder if they will ever model ERA correctly. Contact 5 or Relict shouldn’t nearly have as much of an impact on APFSDS when shot at from a steeper angle. Not even talking about shells which are designed to lessen the effect of ERA.

Modeling the angle at which rods hit era is something the game engine probably can’t handle or gaijin is just too lazy to fix or nerf Russia too much like their decision to not add rounds like dm73. We can’t even get the turms 3 to have three plane stabilization on its turret even though that was the whole point of the tank. BTW a free Roblox game managed to model the turms 3 correctly. This says a lot about this game.
I just want to see a Pantsir being teamkilled by a flyer plate which has been exploded off a BVMs side.
The problem with this game is it tries to achieve realism with simplicity and a horrible game engine in mind. Simplicity as thinking that everything in the turret basket is needed to turn the turret or how t90m’s hull is just one impenetrable wall unlike the oplot and the game engine from years ago when it was built just with planes in mind. War thunder has expanded a lot in scope and they need to expand more in modules, armor, game engine, and the likes to fix these balancing problems we have everywhere.


Yea bro, BMPT is balanced finally, no further need to increase it. Infact if it goes up in BR itll need HVAPHEATFSDS made from DU with Atakas being switched to Kh38MTs and infact the Relikt should get its own Relikt ERA because what if the enemy tries to destroy your ERA.
