The double standard is actually incredible, I don’t think they are even trying to hide it anymore. At this point most people have given up, and those who defend this behavior clearly drank the kool aid.

But you need the fuel to make it to the battlefield. You spawn 100s of kms away :P

The BMPT-72 is a somewhat unrealistic, indestructible vehicle. I was considering purchasing the premium version, but since the game is no longer enjoyable due to these machines, I will likely stop playing altogether.

As a BMPT-72, it stands among four vehicles at tier 11 and destroys them all without suffering any damage itself? That is absurd.

What? Those tanks were absolutely overpowered when they first came out.

Yes, the game is no longer historical or realistic. There used to be some sense of realism. With the introduction of the Relic armor, the game became unrealistic.

HE shell to the turret should at least disable the launchers + guns. But seems to be almost intert to any damage applied. Darts also just go through, no spall whatsoever.

Same hit on other vehicle’s launch tubes would light up the vehicle. Like my AA trucks. When the tubes get hit, they fully explode. Its very strange. By known WT mechanics for other vehicles, ammunition and tubes should detonate when HE shell hits there @ BMPT. But they somehow programmed it to be immune.

Possibly even worse than the BMPT. The IS-6, for example, was basically impossible for anyone to penetrate. And the IT-1 had a missile and a launcher that couldn’t be disabled.

Nah, I was there for original IS-6 and it could have been penetrated. You needed unusually powerful ammo (old UK 20 pounder APDS with high damage) and extremely precise aim to punch through. Hidden 250mm plate with holes in it, really awful.

IT-1 was cracked on release because of the gun depression and old missile physics. Was too hard to hit that missile back then (no LRF or ammo with amazing ballistics), and hitting the arm or the missile itself back then did nothing.

Related to tanks that were broken, should also mention that the T29 on release literally had ammo that would not detonate. So sometimes it really is just a bug.
