I mean, it “dominated” as no one had similar SPAA, not as if it was actually better, most nations just don’t have a similar system to it IRL.
As well as that, I’ve never particularly struggled with pantsir.
The new SPAA though make it downright impossible bar with the likes of the very best performing planes to get near the battlefield.

mate, my first top tier was the CR2 , the only tank I never had issues with was the BVM, its got literally the same weak points as the T64A at 9.3
Turret ring, LFP, breach, as well as drivers port if your saucy enough.
The only nonsense with it was the ERA blocks eating shots, so shoot under them.
I had top tier in 2022 and can tell you the BVM was not really an issue.
Also most nations had and still have counters to it.
2a6 is a counter, 2a5, M1A2, CR2 is probably the worst to try and counter it, but it still does and can.

The mK3 TBH now is a bit power crept funnily enough but it’ll forever stay it’s BR due to the legacy stats.
i prefer their MBTs, the 8.0 (once 7.7) AMX30s are absolutely phenomenal, or they were anyways!

I got it at 11.0 and spaded it’s a monster of an 11.0, bar the rounds pen being a bit on the low side.
It’s not really, you can notch it and make it miss a lot easier than the IRIS T.
Also you mentioned the pantsir dominating, some poor sodmade a comparisson a while ago, I’ll try dig it up for you, the pantisr at its peak had a KD of about 1.49 , the IRIS - T at it’s peak was sitting at I think just over 3.0 or just under it at a 2.89 (possibly 2.98).
The pantsir while could be annoying, was and is no where near as OP as the likes of IRIS t
