This thing is completely broken.
The dude pens a type 90 turret frontally like it was nothing, can diagonaly pen 2a4’s hull. It doesn’t have apds, it in fact has apfsds.
Pretty sure they kinda shadowbuffed its ammunition to make it look like apds, but it is in reality apfsds implemented ingame.
Apprently he never played the vehicle, and got 3 nukes out of 3 games lol. Game is doomed.

because of course a content creator is gonna say he got 3 games and 3 nukes, Oddbawz is a few things, hes a good player for a start so this vehicle which is ofc broken will serve him extremely well. two hes a content creator so he’s not gonna show you times he rolled out his spawn and got popped, he’ll just put the good videos together, it’s literally what they do. Three he’s been a firm disbeliever of russian bias for a very very long time, and has always leaned into the poor coding / mechanics of the game.
So try take it with a pinch of salt as this vehicle has caused massive controversy and naturally the CCs want to create click-bait to make people watch their videos etc.
Of course youtubers are not going to show you games where they died 3 times without getting any score.
And if you go check his other videos, you might notice that he isn’t getting 3 nukes in three games in a lot of vehicles. If any vehicle.

This thing should be purely removed as it ruin the game experience.
BMPT 11.3 > 12.7 People tend to argue that its armament isn’t “top tier worthy”. Such is most definitely not the case. The 30mm canons have cracked accuracy compared to irl. This leads to the BMPT able to neutralize completely 3 or even 4 MBTs in 5/6 seconds or less. And of course, anything that the canons aren’t killing fast enough for your taste can be hit with missiles. The in-game model has an absurd number of little tiny individual armor pieces and modules which make its survivability virtually unrivaled. The raw armor is quite good. The hull-down abilities of the tank surpass things like the M901. You can’t kill in that position. When your ammo gets cooked off, the ammo crates allow for easy replenishment (Unlike any NATO IFV). Its also classified as a TD. This makes it cheap to spawn in. Even in a full down-tier its almost as cheap as a up-tiered MBT.
BMPT-72 11.3 > 12.3 For the same reasons as the BMPT. The BR has to be lower simply because its a premium and that’s about the only reason. The reduced crew number does do a little to decrease the survivability but no by much.

It should be 12.7, even in 11.3 lobbies it destroyes multiple tanks in seconds while constantly exposed. Either remove it from the game entirely or nerf it to the ground. I dont know how many times I’ve shot its lower front plate, its turret, its missiles, its sides in all areas, whatever, it just doesnt die. Personally I think every bmpt user should be perma banned for trolling.

Just got deleted by a bmpt at well over a kilometre with a short burst from his autocannons, while I detonated the belt ammo on another and it did nothing.
What happened to realism gaijin? What happened to faithful modelling of vehicles? What happened to any semblance of fairness?
14.0 would be okay for BMPT, so its players can bmpt themself alone and not damaged game of other ppls
