Just a theory of mine. Another one is that the buk has intentionally been doing bad so they could justify adding another spaa to the game, and within a few months the buk will be buffed, meanwhile the pantsir sm will have already been added so it’s not like they’ll just take it out.

Easier to deal with maybe, still doesn’t fix a player with descent skill can keep their hull down and play a game with one hand sitting on objective. Add a swarm and it’s pretty much ggs. They will easily shred barrels and hold F from a distance if you shoot them. Follow it up with an atgm tandam and camping objective you’re pretty much just playing time. You shot one of the barrels? Press your second ammo and shoot away from the other. Ammo explodes for a while? Cool switch to the other belt or my 4 tandem missiles 😭. Spaded? Here’s more ERA

Bmpt just needs an overhaul. Give it contact 5 instead of relict and move it to 11.7 and it would be absolutely fine.

ERA is fine and Abrams is fine. There’s other forums to complain about that. The issue here is BMPT turret being able to eat shots left and right behind cover have weapons still work and easily repaired behind cover without its turret losing efficiency. Most crewless turrets in game don’t have this mechanic. They would be better off adding T-14 before adding the BMPT.
What you’re saying about the turret is just one of the issues. What I’ve said about its era and br is also an issue. In case you didn’t know, it is possible to have more than one problem.
I agree it’s possible to have more than one issue on the BMPT. The BMPTs T-72 hull with ERA is easy to kill from the sides or rear and a good shot frontally (doesn’t have to be great shot). But that’s all Russian tanks at top tier and honestly, it’s the only balance I can see for Russia with their tanks having poor mobility, terrible gun depression, and an autoloader underneath the crew which was dame awful tank design. The problem that makes it overpowered is that dame fking unkillable turret specifically if it’s hull down. I understand the ERA is annoying but Abrams will 100% not struggle with that it will struggle with BMPT turret.
Low quality but rounds hitting and going through sticks of a fking turret. No ERA needed and even if it was any other tank with a crewless turret the shots would disable the turret.
What about US 12.0? They moved up everything around it so they could now have a full lineup of 12.7 vehicles at 12.0. I can very easily twist this theory of yours around many other nation’s lineups.

at 0:06 you should have gone for the driver port or lower side track rather than turret.
dont focus on the turret, its a trap that will get you killed.

I agree there’s a video further up I posted showing a different scenario. But his driver was not exposed enough in this one. When I shot there it went through as he backed up. Sometimes you can hit the belt sometimes you can’t and this scenario of someone hull down is more common.

Hmm, so why do they not need external ERA bricks for protection against kinetic rounds unlike Russian tanks? I’m going to take a wild guess and say it’s because NATO tanks actually have armor that provides sufficient protection against kinetic rounds. But conveniently that is never reflected in this “realistic” game, while Russian vehicles get superior protection. Again, how convenient for them.
