Even then the thing is still very well armoured. The average player wouldn’t be able to anything against it, if you can’t tell by the amount of people in this thread. They literally have no idea what flanking is and frontal engagement is the only thing that they know. Even then assuming you know how to aim sometime it straight up not penning or cause too little spalls.
Against this thing unless you have the time to aim it can easily disable your gun and if you are a light you just straight up dead. It def needed to move up cause that amount of armoured for a 10.3 is not healthy for the premium BR range lul.
You can HE it afaik but considering everything, yeah no. I wouldn’t bet on it , might as well move it up, people still gonna cry about it anyway.

No you actually can. Just checked , the kill zone for HE on the premium is bigger for whatever reason. The tech tree one you have to hit the driver hatch directly lol
I just recently noticed that the USSR branch has twice as many premium vehicles as other nations. In other words, they’ve created a single tree where players can invest infinite amounts of money in premium vehicles.

Fun fact for the people saying “just flank”, the autocannon vehicles at this BR with roughly 100mm of pen or less can’t even penetrate these things from the side!

Calling the US nightmare is a bit much no? even the vehicles I see people bemoan were “nerfed” have been fine.

i really love yellow soviet ammo.
Shooting both belts with APDS from the BMPT itself has been reliable in killing it for me in all my USSR v USSR games so far, and I’ve played that thing extensively (wanted the Terminator in game for the longest time).

Even MBTs will struggle to penetrate these vehicles.They use armor that is suited for top tier at 10.3.

Israeli tanks are more comfortable than US tanks. Israeli tanks have LWS and APS.

True autocannons take a lot of time to destroy the ERA and then doing actual damage. Time enough for bmpt to turn away.
Even so, just flank arguments are trash arguments, a n asu57 can pen an abrams from the side, do they deserve to be at the same br?

Yeah I already know ,can we not. I agree it need to move up or just get it armoured artificially nerfed or something Something need to be done anyway , just depend on when Gaijin will do it
Not that useful when your armor eat a sabot round like a hot knife to butter.
A very good feature its that hve good depression when aiming back, not like abrams or leopard.
Best way I found out is the weakspot in the front , if not shoot from the back. The spall liner one this thing basically guarantee that you will not kill this thing even if penning from the side. I don’t think I have killed the thing with a ammo rack ever
I noticed more players learn to kill me fast in the last few matches yesterday. I do think a lot of people mistake the grenade launcher ammo going off for my “ammorack” and stop shooting, which was weird lol. I’m more surprised the WT reddit has had more balanced takes on this in the comments compared to the usual ‘bias’ posts.
