BUK is very strong because you need to destroy all of it.
No other system has that level of redundancy. Skysabre has been refused it despite it being proven the launchers can function with the loss of the Radar system.

And little fun fact , on KD BMPT is number 2 and 72 version is number 10.
Biggest issue on BMPT’s is exessive spam of those.
You can’t really tell me it’s really strong while having stats like those.
Biggest issue is the damage model and lacking important features such as turret basket and ammunition not bein modeled as internally.
Fix its damage model add those features and it will become significantly less threatening.

And yes, I do have BUK in lineup, I still rather take free pantsir over it on most of maps, and most situations.
Buk is just horrible, maybe it would work if we would have something size of a 747 , like AC130 gunship…
Kills is not how you judge a vehicle. The BMP-T at higher tiers does not kill as well as it did lower down.
But what it does do is cripple tanks, absorb huge ammounts of fire and draw focus.
You cannot easilly disable a well positioned BMP-T

Both sky sabre and HQ-11 has better kill per death ratio than IRIS-T, does that mean those two systems is better than IRIS-T overall?

Well both of em are clearly better compared to BUK.
How do you keep rating BUK then, fear factor? Historical aspect? How well it performs is best how to look something.
And like I wrote, I do have BUK and most of times is just dusting on lineup , since it is so goddamn BAD.
Iris, Claws and nasam is what I personally got and I keep em all A lot more useable compared to buk, and those stats just proves my own feeling.
