BMPT/72 BR Topic

I’ve only had issues with them at BR 10.7 sweden apart from that BMPTs have been easy with US tanks

I haven’t had any issues with them in the 2A4s tbh.

and ngl I think I prefer the BMP-2M to the BMPT.

Why instead of simply admitting and agreeing you want to completely change the topic to other issues huh? The topic and focus right now is about the BMPTs performance and its impact in its BR bracket, who the hell is talking about the XP-50, a plane in air RB or even american tanks? You want to discuss those? Open your own topic about those specific vehicles, this topic is about the BMPT.

Calling out its performance in a much lower BR it should have right now DOES NOT equal “Buff all NATO tanks to be invincible, bring russian tanks performance to the ground” what are you even on bro

That dont give you no excuse to go and cry about it in all forums. Just simply showing what is double standar that a vehicle op in others tree is okay but in the russian its the end of the world

Bmpt got nerfed and might need more nerf, i know more than you will ever know about the bmpt.

If you got a problem with it, stop being a kid and present a solution not start crying like a beat up kid and saying this trash need to be removed.

One thing for sure, yours and my words will bring nothing to the bmpt as its only upto devs to decide.

I really don’t understand this notion that no one cares about powerful vehicles in other nations unless it’s RU, I still hate the F14 Farkours as many others, the T58 shouldn’t have been added but I imagine the barrel isn’t made of vibranium like Cpt. Americas shield and can be busted neutering the vehicle. Puma was complained about until it was nerfed and left as almost dead weight, GR1 SRAAMS were complained about and now it’s a flying basket of lol. What is this fabricated “Only RU” reality you lot have manifested. Many of the initially undertied Leos, the TOO powerful type 89 made of recycled plastic, the T2 lead indicator. If people would use logic and come to terms with the notion that RU is the most played faction and therefore leads in the most experiences against, you would make the correlation as to why they have more complaints against them than anyone else would.

i have never absolutely never struggled to kill leopards with hellfires, just hit them on the roof they can be overpressured really easily unless its STRV-122’s

after the change to the rooftop composites on merkava and 122s you can now overpressure them via rooftop too. I did so with a pantsir missile which was funny.

Because its cope and nothing else. Theres plenty of busted planes/tanks from other nations and people talk about it all the time. Its just that people want to force a narrative that “its always russia” as a means to deflect. “oh no guys, its not that their grievances or critique is based on reality, they just hate russia because russia bias”
The Leo l/44, Turm III, T58, The tomcat/s for the longest time before BR decompression, on release puma. There are and have been plenty of busted vehicles in other nations, so people arguing like this are just doing so to shift the view away.

In terms of the HSTVL, with any russian tank, yes I have to pixel perfect aim because Kontakt-5 and Relikt violates the poor performance of the XM885, so shooting side on almost always doesn’t guarantee a successful pen (It wouldn’t anyways, especially being such a small dart and Gaijin not giving it the full pen). I wouldn’t make that comparison in having to pixel shoot Russian tanks vs American tanks, because in the case of the HSTVL, Russian tanks are the only problematic tank because of the ERA. It’s easier to kill T-80Us because they don’t have ERA down past the mid-section of the tank and just skirts.

I’m not sure what to think of your response if you mean having to shoot Russian tanks in specific spots with any nations tank because that’s just how their armor profile is. If you’re saying that’s unbalanced, than that’s a more complex issue because you don’t want to nerf the composition of armor because it has less visible weakspots. If Anti-ERA rounds ever get introduce, you’d also have to realize that any new Russian tank that gets added in the future will outright be violated because this is the main tank chassis Russia uses.

Compared to if newer NATO tanks gets added, they don’t use ERA to protect their composition and that would run into the issue of “Should russia also get darts to insta-pen nato tanks etc.” Which is probably the reason they haven’t been introduced yet.

and the fact a lot of western tanks end up introducing an entirely new chassis. Russia new tank is the T-14, but someone is going to say something about quitting the game if that get’s added, but have no issue introudcing a western equivalent without asking the same questions.

You bring up a good point with the bushes-- on the Terminator, the weak spots aren’t as visible, but are just as easily there, so it can create an unnerving illusion of armor depending on where you’re looking at it and that’s just looking at the x-ray view.

Even if we don’t rely on the hit analysis, I personally just haven’t had trouble killing these things. They are equally as difficult to deal with as a T-90M, or a T-72 in my experience. It’s like I said, if this thing had a T-90 turret, it’d probably be the oppisite of what it is right now and this whole armor debate wouldn’t be much a question.

But like I said, Multicrew tank combat 4 has the T-15 Armata and even more modern tanks and we don’t have the insane meltdown that is WarThunder. So who knows.

The next best armour profile would be the 2A4? Because it for sure isn’t the Challenger or Abrams. T series get their Relikt modeled perfectly to stop the penetration of kinetic rounds, but vehicles can’t get the round meant to counter that specific armour because why? Everyone else has to suffer not having any real armour, why do they solely get to keep that benefit and I hope the argument isn’t because realism, as Gaijin has turned down scores of NATO vehicle details people have gathered from an extensive amount of sources for whatever odd reason. Duplet on the BM Oplet is supposed to be superior to Relikt in kinetic defense, and yet it’s still not remotely as irritating to deal with in the game than RU relikt.

RU current round already instapens nato tanks so I’m not sure what this means, do you mean in the turret face? Because everyone else has no side protection, the same viewport weakspot (albeit different locations) some even being the gunner viewport (I believe one of the Leo?), same LFP weakspot, breaches that break (shots that often just outright kill crew depending on tank), the same through the track killshot, all while having even more weakspots than any T series.

I do, unless I’m not their current victim, sends more side shots to the shadow realm than the T90s, not to mention all the additional internals/layers your shots have to RNG against. The premium version dies far more reliably than the TT version even if you discount the 2 additional crew and it’s easy to identify one or the other by their ATGM over/under (double stack) or side by side setup to know which of the two you’re interacting with, which would more often be the TT over-under one which is objectively the worst of the two to deal with and not requiring a purchase meaning easily more of them.

I had to google what this was as I don’t play Roblox, but I would wager the damage models are significantly different by some substantial margin. If whoever they are added the new Type 89 crewless concept vehicle, it would probably explode if you hit the ammunition or switchblade drones, if Gaijin model it, it’ll probably be hit by a rock and all the systems would malfunction and the remote controller would probably implode in his chair. Two games can have a 1:1 roster and still perform vastly different depending on the modeling.

All Bushmaster guns have been nerfed. You’ll barely be able to penetrate the sides of Soviet MBTs with them.

Just noticed BMPT its very resistant against arty, you would need to drop it over the driver/commander/gunner cupola or its not going to kill the vehicle, if it lands on the turret, its only going to destroy the “external” ammo. And yeah those cupolas are kinda small.

Also a weird thing of no kill if it hits a especific part of driver cupola.

Of which only one of them exists and can be humble checked with a barrel break, even if it has a 2.6s rof and instagibs anything it side-eyes. Two BMPTs which hulled down both equally insufferable.
