Yeah, for real, I honestly barely noticed I was being shot at. A couple of times when I was getting shot from 2 or 3 directions at the same time, I didn’t even notice the other tanks until the one I was aiming at got blown up 😂

There is very very obviously something wrong with the BMPT’s “armor”, or whatever the actual cause/coding is for this behavior against enemy rounds.

You didnt include the 9.3/9.7s that can still quite happily be used at 10.3/10.7 and quite frankly should be at 10.0+

My count for the USSR is much higher than that.

1. Devs made the model but did not check how it performs in game. Like did not play a single match.
2. Devs added inconsistencies in armor like the gap between ERA and plates on purpose to buff the terminator.

I see the spikes issue is targeting top side, which is the same issue with other Gajin missles. The trajectory is supposed to come straight down at more than 80 degrees but it acts like the LUMR and attempts the 45 degree approach 💀 I don’t use spikes but this is a gajin vector programming issue

Works for Russia cause it’s trajectory is straight but most NATO missles come straight down on their target

Japan is legit autocannon fodder with their type 16. At least they can survive some APFSDS shots from MBT but russia just molests with no consent.

Been a bug report for i think about two years. Well Gaijin has their priorities like buffing the t-series.

The problem is Gajin categories are not accurate. Some are APC’s, some are IFV/APC’s, and the BMPT is actually a tank destroyer/IFV.

By definition everything is an IFV but for Gajin sake I’ll just add it.

OH forgot to mention too, even though I LOVE the firework decoration, I am working to help get it flagged as “Fictional” and/or get its code name so that someone can make a mod to mute it. Especially for the RB and SB players. I fully support those who do not wish to hear or see it be given the option/ability to hide/mute it.

There is a dedicated thread from @DexterousAlloy and he would like to make a mod to mute/hide it. We just have not been able to find the code name for it yet. If anyone knows the name for the Firework decoration, or knows how to find it, please post the info on his thread, thank you!

Turn off fireworks in grb?

Is there a way to turn off the fireworks for ground units? I find it extremely distracting that there’s fake explosions in the game in the form of cometic items. I’ve tried disabling all the stuff in customization but it doesn’t do anything. Please gaijin add a toggle or if someone knows a way tell me.

Press and hold W, scouting and spraying and praying and then for them to respanw in MI-28NM or Su-30 within the first 1 minute of a top tier match… no thanks, that sounds even worse

they have autocanons, no MBT has autocanons like it. So its easier to compare the BMPT to light tanks than MBTs.

If you want me to compare it to MBT, I can but then that really seals its fate to be 11.7+

Ummmm some US MBTs have an auto cannon… and I think Germany does too and they shred. 25mm plus on top of their standard weapons

Only one that immediately comes to mind is the Leopard 2K with a 20mm canon, which is good vs light vehicles, but pretty useless vs anything bigger.

Leopard 2K and MBT70 have 20mm canons, which I doubt can really do much more than track another MBT right?

Good vs light tanks, but no where near the performance of the BMPT’s guns.

M60 AMBT I had never heard of before and I dont htink ive ever seen them. So probably quite a rare vehicle and its firing HEDP rounds with very minimal pen. Again, I doubt you are killing MBTs with them
