BMD-4M - worst performing Soviet Tier 6 premium (to 9.3?)

The BMD-4 series is just sad. The BMD-4M is the worst performing Soviet tier 6 premium.

From the list of premium Soviet tier 6 tanks that we can get, we can see that the BMD-4M performs the worst.

The data is from October 2025, RB ground battle of Statshark.

The BMD-4 series consistently perform poorly, even in hands of experienced players (BMD-4 event vehicle/BMD-4M2 which you actually need to grind for).

Moreover, putting BMD-4 series at 9.7 means that there is no lineup that isn’t only consisted of BMD-4s and the radar TD, as you can see there.

Global stats aren’t really a good way to prove a point, m8. Just look at the M44: it’s one of the best low-tier tanks, yet only one nation can barely get a 50% K/D with it…

Could you elaborate on your point, instead of just saying “X is bad”? Make an argument, tell us how you interpret the data and why you believe your interpretation is correct.

Just looking at the screenshots you’ve posted, it looks to me like the BMD is doing alright. You can’t just say “looking at the data, we all see X performs the worst.” You need to explain the data and your conclusion. Because to me it looks like it’s doing alright.

These tanks aren’t that good. They are just overhyped like the 2S38, which has also been uptiered to 10.7. MBTs from NATO have better power to weight ratio than them.
