Hello, my account has been blocked due to unsportsmanlike behavior

About four months ago, my account was hacked while I wasn’t playing for about a month, and when I logged into the game, I saw that it had been blocked.

Technical support told me that they couldn’t help and said that my account had violated the user agreement twice, namely: transferring the account to another person (my account was hacked) and using third-party software (the person who hacked my account used cheats).

Please help me resolve the issue with unblocking my account, as I am not guilty of anything, or prove the opposite, that I am guilty of blocking my own account.

Don’t publicly post your login details dude… although that lack of internet safety dose make the “I was hacked” story a little more believable.
Maybe @Necronomica can point you in the right direction to resolve the issue, they are usually pretty quick to respond and helpful.
