Black Friday Playstation Bundle issues

Anyone else having issues receiving the bundle vehicles in-game after purchasing? I’ve bought the bundle on the PS store since I use a cross account and it’s taking a good while for the vehicles to appear in my hangar.

Do you have to boot the game on PS for it to realise or is this just another case of Sony being slow?

Okay after looking for 4+hrs for a solution, it seems that the only way to get the vehicles to add to the account is to launch the game on the console you purchased it for otherwise the pack won’t “activate” or something to that affect.
