Bismarck's armour scheme might not be as OP as expected

Indeed but again I just fear for the competition.

H class was laid down it does meet the requirements

H39 does, it might be too much of a stretch to suggest the other H classes.

completely fine H39 is enough to compete with Iowa and yamato bismarck cant pen them that well but H39 can

H-39 =/= H-41+

The only pair that would be addable are H-39 and H-40 (sister to H-39), which would be bismarck downgrades (worse AA, worse armour, guns have marginally more pen with a worse reload).

roughly same armor better guns aa really doesnt matter
with 16 inch guns allowing you to pen iowa and yamato effectively
which give you good fire rate of 30 seconds which is quite fast 2 rounds per minute

Bismarck-class

The performance of the German 16-inch shell was very poor. During the test, it challenged the “British 14-inch armor” at 30 degrees and suffered severe damage at a speed of 111%.

Its doesn’t matter Gajin uses its own formula, which will be fine.

I believe the penetration would still be subpar though, so the Bismarcks RoF advantage may be more relevant.

rate of fire means nothing if you get one tapped thats why you need pen so you can one tap them first its only a 5 second increase which is really good for 16 inch gun

heres her pen chart from nav wepons

Thats actually true. You need to actually play Bismarck and shot an Iowa for the whole match duration without doing lethal damage. Then you’ll learn. Quick reload means indeed nothing when you simply can’t kill opponents from the same BR or one step above.
