Bhisma dozer blade non functional?

Does anyone know why the default dozer blade doesnt work? Do I really have to remove it to have a working blade?

It’s a mine plow with a device to keep it level with the surface. It’s not designed to dig down into the earth more than a couple of inches, and is meant to clear material away to the sides rather than build up a berm in front.

Yes. The functional dozer is in the module upgrade and it’s flush with the tank.
