I have a friend who is grinding german and he also intrested in purhcasing a german premium. What vehicle he should get?

You already got some good suggestions…depends a LOT on the support…you should buy one that you can support with non premium vehicles IMHO (i.e play several tanks on same match).
I personally don’t like to get premiums that are equal to “normal” vehicles as it seems a “waste”…but if you are fine buying something you already have (and know) for the premium bonuses it is up to you.
The KW I C 756 (r) can also be very good…
If you want the true German experience, then the 15cm Pz.W. 42 is going to provide that :D just kidding :D
Honestly, the Pz.Bef.Wg.IV J at 3.7 or the RU 251at 7.3 are excellent.
If your friend doesn’t already have it then I’d suggest he get the Two Fronts pack.
