This topic is for discussing a specific tank model and whether it would be viable in the game. (whether it could be added, feasibility, etc.)
Recently, a tank prototype caught my attention and raised a question: could this be the fourth monstrosity in the game, after the Sturmtiger, Object 279, and FV4005?

This is the Bernardini XLF-40, a demolition vehicle prototype developed in Brazil. The XLF-40 is an adaptation of a 300mm demolition rocket launcher mounted on the chassis of an American-made Stuart tank. This radical project is noteworthy because it gives a tank considered weak the theoretical capacity to easily destroy some modern tanks with its X-40/Avibras missile.
Missile data: Caliber: 300 mm (11.8 in); Warhead: 147 kg (324 lb) high-explosive; Projectile velocity: 1,285 meters per second. in terms of comparison, the FV4005 bullet had around 21~22 kg of pure TNT. The F-40 Avibras, on the other hand, carried around 70-90 kg of pure TNT. This is in addition to the fact that it could carry up to 3 missiles ready to fire.
Interesting fact: when I visited the museum where the XLF-40 prototype ended up, I discovered some curious points about this project. For example, the main one: when the project began, the XLF-40 faced a problem: because the missile grid was very close to the chassis, it was necessary to place a metal piece in front of the grid so that it would be raised enough to have space for the piston that would lift the missile grid. This created a problem that caused the XLF-40 to lose its 0Β° barrel depression. To try to solve this problem, the designers also increased the number of support pistons it had on the front and rear of the chassis and placed them closer to the ground. The intention was that when the rear pistons were raised to their limit, the rear of the chassis would end up lifting, causing the missile grid to initially recover its 0Β° depression.
Well, Iβd like to hear your opinions on this tank. Do you think itβs a good candidate to enter the game? Do you think it might be too overpowered? Do you think it can be compared to the Sturmtiger? Comment.
