Sure, when HSTVL goes to 12.3. :)
Still stock.
I think you missed my point.
If anything the Oto should come down in BR.
Oh look, my point. Tho I said it more directly.
Lmao, clown take.
How is that more direct?
I didn’t bring up the HSTVL, I addressed the original post and pointed out how ridiculous it is to want the bagel to move up to the 2s38 while things like the Oto are sitting far too high.
Here, earlier in the topic.
Didn’t see it.
But my point still stands, I’m not sure what the HSTVL has to do with my post.
The HSTV-L should go down to 10.0 or 10.3 and the 2S38 should go up to 11.3, it would preform only slightly differently but be a good change for it
lol Absolute Russian propaganda.
2S38 is inferior.
Yh why not? The 2s38 needs more and more BR update its a 11.7 IFV put at 10.3 but the Begleit also need a little br update like 10.3
Nah. I’d rather not face an HSTVL in 9.3 tanks. 2S38 is much slower and easier to kill. Also, aren’t the Strf 9040 and Lvkv 9040 somewhat comparable to the 2S38?
Another thing, if the HSTV-L and 2S38 are equivalent (or one is slightly better), why are you saying they should have a 1.3 BR difference?
The 2S38 is better but by only a small margin, because of 2S38’s higher rate of fire it can make up for the slight disadvantage of round damage. The HSTV-L is more survivable but both should be atleast 11.3
9.7 would be fine
The 2S38 is a 10.x tank at 10.x.
HSTVL is the only one capable of 11.7 due to its speed and round [and other attributes] over the other auto-light tanks.
Like 9.3 is kinda useless, no one ever has a 9.3 lineup and in GRB it is useless. The only thing is Arcade where it gets free heli and other plane kills.
Germany has an amazing 9.3 lineup though, and I’m missing 2 of the 3 other 9.3s I want for my German 9.3 lineup.
Seems pretty low, I’d say 11.0 at the lowest.
If it had proper CAS or anti air id agree but it’s food if enemy teams are half decent(though it does finally have a really good 9.3 and that’s the T-72 here is hoping we get more East German vehicles)
Hey, just one more reminder keep it civil, don’t put down other members, and take personal quarrels to PMs please.
Let’s forget the countless times you’re suppose to breech / take out the cannon barrel, shoot the engine, shoot the track, possibly missing a tank from 500m out… etc.
Nobody is perfect, and people must take shots at other things other than the ammunition / crew.
The HSTV-L’s gun is weak, and so is the 2S38’s; however, the 2S38 can shoot three rounds while the HSTV-L can only shoot one in 1.5s. The 2S38 does not have to care about specific shot placements as it can mindlessly shoot until the tank dies, due to its massive ammunition supply and relatively quick firerate. This is a similar situation as with the Freccia’s / BMP-2M’s gun vs PUMA’s / KF41’s / Bradley’s.
Slighlty better ammunition only helps so much when you could be firing x2 / x3 more ‘mediocre’ rounds down range instead.
If the HSTV-L had the 2S38’s gun ( mostly for the firerate) and ammo count, it would be much better than it is at the moment.
Or it having a better dart that does more spalling and can penetrate side armour more easily.
