All drivers are updated, I uninstalled and reinstalled both the graphics driver and the game but it didn’t stop the game from running like ass. All setting are on low with ULQ enabled before and after the change and no other game has any issues like this.

No unfortunately not. In my case it turned out not to be Battleye related and was just caused by a graphics bug but I have a new pc now and I can’t replicate it anymore.
I have the same issue, when i get into the hangar FPS drop to 10 but my CPU and GPU usage is low (around 10%), however in my case it is definetly caused by BattlEye, it affects GTA Online too and if I turn it off in Manual Game update, War Thunder runs fine. I have tried reinstalling War Thunder, using different drivers, clearing cache, checking for malware but nothing helped.
