IMO not worthy of BR increase.
Considering the AH-64D, only top tier heli I have any experience in, can barely get in range to use the Hellfires let alone guide one onto target for 45 seconds whilst trying to evade the top tier SPAA. The ability to spam off some Spikes and then hide behind cover, even if they are really bad, gives them a performance well over the AH-64D.
Very few, if any of the top tier helis are deserving a BR increase IMO
I can only comment on the German copters, but the spikes performance is ABYSSMAL. They are so incredibly slow. Doesn’t matter if you can lock and shoot them, by the time they get there the target is already dead. I just watched a JustinPlays youtube vid, and he used literally all 8 spikes, and didn’t kill the chinese tank. From my experience playing against them, the Vikhrs are insane.
One missile shot at me uses ALL the maws flares.

Battle rating drop from 10.3 to 10.0 for Air SB ?
For me, suffer and can’t fight another fighter aircraft 10.7 - 11.0
They picked terrible changes:
No 10.7 J35XS
Two identical planes on the same BR (Q-5A/Q-5L)
Chinese and Italian F-104 did not received lower BR
No 6.7 for P-51H
Man, they LOWERED F8F-1 TO 4.7. It is that awful

lol, went from a mediocre BR change that didn’t fix anything to a pretty bad one.
Pantsir and ItO don’t need 12.0. Other nations need better SPAA to compete with them.
They ignored the fact that 2A7V is significantly better than the 2A5 and they’ll stay the same BR.
Fox and Warrior are getting nerfed, or will once they decide to implement the change.
Type 16 (FPS) getting DM23? That thing is already strong at its BR, it doesn’t need an even better shell, besides you could have just fixed M735. WHICH YOU ACKNOWLEDGED WAS ERRONEOUSLY NERFED LIKE A YEAR AGO NOW.
Ignored everyone asking for actual top tier decompression, and in fact they’re making it even worse than before by putting the 11.3 Merkavas at 12.0.
The Click-Bait and HC don’t need M829A2, they’re now functionally the same as the M1A2 in the TT but a BR lower. Not to mention the AIM which still has KE-W, even though people asked for a new round.
People asked for the 2A4M to get DM53 since the PL is getting it, instead they just aren’t giving the 2PL DM53.
They should still probably be a different BR to the ADATS if nothing else. If they wont lower the ADATS, then moving them up is a reasonable alternative. Would be kinda stupid to add a Pantsir equivalent to the US/UK for example and have it at 12.0 or even the same BR as the ADATS.

Perhaps. but this does help a bit, not that we have any vehicles left at 11.3 to use it with, but the Tornado Gr1 vs Pantsir was a fairly unfair fight, same is even more true for the other 11.3 (GBR) Torandos. So this change helps them out more than anything else. In every other respect, basically nothing has changed.

In a stroke of pure brilliance (HEAVY sarcasm), the J-7D will now be a higher BR than the J-7E in sim:
I DO NOT know what blackmail material the J-7E has on the balancing devs at gaijin, but this plane has long been the most babied plane in the entire game, with its historical competitor aircrafts (F-14A, MiG-23 MLA/D, M2K CS4/5) all being at higher BR’s, ranging from 11.7 to 12.7, than it for a long LONG time now, and though the F-14A got the MP nerf to help its performance, while the M2K’s got the 17 back to back magic 2 buffs, the J-7E, PARTICULARLY in sim, still easily keeps up with both due to its absolutely busted flight model.
The fact the J-7E is only going up from 11.0 to 11.3 in RB is already criminal imo, it should easily go to 11.7 as a first step in both RB and sim. There is no good reason the J-7E should be seeing F-4E’s and the likes in anything but a full downtier, never mind the fact that it currently see’s stuff like the F-4C (no flares, VASTLY inferior FM) and will still sit 2 full BR steps below the 12.0 British Phantoms in RB, and 1 BR step below them in sim (11.3 vs 11.0)
The J-7E is the BMP-2M of air.

These sim changes are shockinly bad accross the board. Heck, they increasing the BR of the Sea Harrier FRS1 from 11.3 to 11.3. So clearly they werent even paying attention when writing the list

Still love how the tech tree F-14s remain strictly worse picks than the persian cat as of now.
I get it that the community just hates these things with a burning passion, but only one of them was lawnmowing a bracket, not all 3 and the reasons for it are obvious.
I really feel bad for the tech tree F-14A as its just so inferior to the persian cat yet still resides at the same BR.

I think most of the sim BR changes make sense tbh.
The Mig-23’s have all gone down in performance due to the big FM nerf they got, the mig-21 bis’ were never as good as the J-7E and the likes below them, and arguably deserved to be around the same br as the F-4E, etc…
I think the bigger issue is more that the truly egregious aircrafts like the F-15A, the M2K CS4/5 and the J-7E all remained untouched in sim
Then you have things like the
Harrier Gr7 still at 12.7
F4J(UK) still at 12.0
Sea Harrier FRS1 at 11.3 (maybe, might be a typo) (if not then there is no way this is equal in performance to the Mig-23MLD)
AMX A-1A still 11.3
Torando Gr1 still 11.7 (so apparently the Gr1 is a better aircraft than the Mig-23MLD now)
Hunter FGA9 is still 9.7 (French F6 is 9.0 for reference)
Just crazy how some are moving down, but the same few aren’t
(heck I cant beleive the AV-8B(NA) is being considered better than the Mig-23MLD. It can win in a turn fight, but has no radar)

Don’t forget the Machbet being unuseable at 9.3, having 4 stingers and a main weapon that is from br 7.3 now :)

Imho just the result of the average performance of US pilots - it looks like that the majority thinks MEC is part of the word Big Mec…
Only better than average players will benefit from a lower BR - the rest will still try to turnfight every opponent or will end up getting energy trapped at 6 -7 km alt.
I mean we have now 2 extreme examples of a very fast US planes (still in service at VE day) at BR 3.7 (P-51 B/C) and a brand new aircraft which never saw combat in WW 2 at BR 4.7 (F8F) - and just as a reminder: The USSR flew the P-39 N until the end too, low alt performance of this BR 2.7 plane is still good enough to be faster there than a 109 G-6 at 4.7…
Just show me a totally op non-US/USSR prop fighter (no C+P versions) between the BRs 2.7 and 4.7…
