Ironic but while we might not have gotten a saclos armed vessel, but we could’ve seen a few Hellenic La Combattante class gunboats for france over the Destroyer Suzutsuki & at least these vessels would’ve been better than the piss poor La Combattante I P730 currently in game (gaijin, I command you to give either the following or give me the AS.12 refit).
La Combattante IIa with either a 76 mm or 57 mm & a 40 mm/70, sadly not any AShM due to types it had (Exocets or Harpoons), but ohh mines.
La Combattante IIIa with two 76 mm & four torpedoes, also AShM (Harppoons).
La Combattante IIIb with same as above but with penguins (if we did get newer AShM added, this would probably be it).
Sidenote,
Depending on player use tbh, the 100 mm can score you hit when you manually lead & aim ntm they’re pure breed HAA guns & can aim at high angles, meanwhile the 25 mm will on occasion ruin a lone aircraft coming from predictable angles of attack.
Sadly we cannot set main cannons of bluewater TT bluewater ships to AI control anymore thanks botting scum as back then your AI could reliable shoot down aircraft with HE-DF fuse shells but at least coastal TT bluewater ships can still do that…
Real. I never buy the battlepass because I don’t care for low tier vehicles that aren’t interesting. All of them are just copy/paste of a TT equivalent with a premium status on it.
only battlepasses i ever bought were the t-44 fm and elc
dont regret the t-44 at all since its very good, got my first nukes with it
i kinda regret elc because its not that good, but a premium is a premium, grinding france with it now
the rest of battlepasses i just tried to get to the free vehicle (regret missing out on elefant and amx 50)
People complain when unique vehicles are behind paywall. Problem is gaijin STILL keeps uniques behind paywall for HUGE amount of money but drops C&P for cheap amount of money.
So we still get paywall but then low effort events :/
As a Turkish player, I’m really happy about the possibility of Greece being added to the game, but will Türkiye, which has relatively more unique and domestic vehicles, also be added?
MH558 is the thematic skin as its unique. The aircraft has a second skin (not yet shown) which is the Merlin 66 LF representative. The MH558 skin was something we wanted to include anyway for the BP theme.
So the aircraft is correct and will remain as a Merlin 66 LF. This is just one of the two skins.
Hopefully you’re giving us a bunch of copy paste slop so you can focus on something truly interesting, but please gaijin, have some communication!
We loved when you released the roadmap but we need more like it, short term messages for your current goals. “The next three battlepasses are going to be copy paste vehicles because we’re completely focused on implementing infantry and the new strategic gamemode. Please bear with us while we work through this, and then we can focus on better vehicles.” That would work so well.
Having no communication is what we are complaining about because nobody knows if these horrible events and battlepasses are here because of laziness, or because you’re allocating resources elsewhere.
