So I hate the 30(!) kills at a speed of at least 30km/h - I will skip this.
as a frequent naval player the torpedo kills task is very easy for me

ELC bis is actually the 4th worst vehicle at 6.0 BR in kills/spawn in Ground Arcade (where I play) according to StatShark (26th out of 29 vehicles).
The ELC 901 will probably be at the same BR:
compared to the E.L.C. bis: it has an entirely different armour profile, no smoke grenades, half the turret rotation speed, a little less ammo, 2.4 tons lighter, 164 horsepower instead of 180, 59.9 and -7.66 km/h max speeds instead of 80.06 and -34.81, no artillery but has airstrike

There are also some good sides. The plane is free, so everyone has to ask themselves whether it’s worth paying 2000 GE (about €10) for the ELC 901.
I used to like two things about Battle Passes: interesting vehicles and backups. Right now, backups aren’t a problem since you get free ones daily. I don’t care about SL (I have 108M SL currently), boosters, decorations, or orders.
So what does this BP offer me? A vehicle that’s pretty much unplayable, and you still have to pay and grind to get it. Does that sound like a good deal?
Basically, this just means I’ll save myself a lot of time and some money.
It’s 19th in Ground Realistic. I wouldn’t really call that good. If you want a good light tank, just try the M18 at the exact same BR.

Vehicles, kinda mid. When will rank 5 or 6 vehicles ever come back to the battle pass?
Why isn’t there one that has been a heli main reward? Personally I loved the IS-2 (no.321) War torn vehicle.
Or a plane or anything that is a rank 5 or 6 premium?
Honestly the ELC is… something, and I do play France a decent bit, but I like the pinup most of all.

there was 3 rank 2 and 3 rank 3 vehicles in warbond shop, and now 4 rank 2 and 2 rank 3 =(
