I understand that those are unproduced ships, but I don’t know why they are not given Bace Fuse HE like the other destroyers…
This makes them a disadvantage in gun battles.
If added, they would be an attractive premium ship…

Yeah A round with a little more pen would be nice. At the moment you are shooting peas at the enemys. You get lots of damage points but no kills
