Dear War Thunder Support Team,
I recently discovered that my account has been banned without any clear reason. After reviewing the rules and my behavior in the game, I can confidently say that I have not violated Paragraph 2.3 or 2.3.2 of the Terms of Service. It seems that the ban might be the result of an error.
I have invested a significant amount of time and money into War Thunder and greatly appreciate the game. Therefore, I would be very grateful if you could re-examine the situation and let me know if there is any possibility of unlocking my account.
